Shloka 45

After practicing Yoga during many births, there by destroying all sins and totally purifying the Self, the Yoga attains the supreme state, i.e. Salvation (total liberation from the world).

परन्तु प्रयत्न पूर्वक अभ्यास करने वाला योगी तो पिछले अनेक जन्मों के संस्कार बल से इसी जन्म में संसिद्ब होकर सम्पूर्ण पापों से रहित हो, फिर तत्काल ही परम गति को प्राप्त हो जाता है ।। ४५ ।।
